    How the session works

    • After booking, you’ll receive an email with a checklist to help you prepare for your session

    • While we are on the call, we will review all the information and financials and go over any and all questions you may have.

    • We wil identify any red flags or issues that need to be addressed.

    • Assess Profitability and if its a Sustainable business

    • At the end of the session, you’ll receive a ready-to-use questionnaire to ask the seller. You can email it back to me for a final assessment of the business.
