The Small Business Buying Risk Review is a structured, 60-minute due diligence session for buyers who want clarity before moving forward with an acquisition.
In this session, we review the critical elements of the business you’re considering—financials, operations, deal structure, and risk exposure—to surface issues that are commonly missed in early-stage diligence. The goal is give you practical insight you can actually use.

How the session works
- After booking, you’ll receive an email with a checklist to help you prepare for your session
- While we are on the call, we will review all the information and financials and go over any and all questions you may have.
- We wil identify any red flags or issues that need to be addressed.
- Assess Profitability and if its a Sustainable business
- At the end of the session, you’ll receive a ready-to-use questionnaire to ask the seller. You can email it back to me for a final assessment of the business.
